Having around 12 different productivity routines.

No, not all at once.

I mean whenever one starts to feel annoying or like a cage, I put it back on the shelf and pick another one.

Sometimes it’s to-do lists, then time-blocking, then gamification. After that, I’ll just track deadlines on my calendar and do everything else based on what comes to mind. Then maybe back to time-blocking again…

For my novelty-craving ADHD brain, this kind of flexibility has been the best solution I’ve found so far 😁

The advice I needed to read today, thank you!

I've been in a loop of productivity videos and books (Ali Abdaal and co you know), tried every techniques but all seems so strict for my ADHD let-me-do-whatever-i-want brain!

I find it so stressful to see my calendar full of blocks already there, I hate micro management even if it comes from me. Planning with freedom is the key.
